Development blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling various sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
Further materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
